Addison Dupwe
Director of MoraleHonorary Team Member
As Director of Morale, Addy's responsibilities include providing smiles on difficult days, reminding everyone not to take themselves too seriously, supervising team attitude, and providing immediate corrective action whenever office morale falls below acceptable standards. Her methods are highly effective, although admittedly difficult to quantify, and they have yet to be subjected to Daubert review.
Addy's position may be honorary, but her place on the Kerley Reconstruction team is very real. She reminds all of us that behind every investigation, report, deadline, and case are people, and sometimes the most important contribution to a team cannot be measured with calculations, data, or credentials.
Qualifications
- Unlimited experience making people smile
- Specializes in improving attitudes and difficult days
- Provides unsolicited but highly effective morale adjustments

Position
- Director of Morale, Kerley Reconstruction LLC
- Honorary Team Member
- Expert in smiles, laughter, hugs, and keeping the team grounded
- Officially exempt from reports, depositions, timesheets, and billable-hour requirements
Highlights
- Addy joined Kerley Reconstruction as an Honorary Team Member and serves as the company's Director of Morale. While the rest of the team spends its time investigating collisions, reviewing evidence, analyzing data, and preparing reports, Addy is responsible for an equally important assignment: making sure the team remembers to smile along the way.
- Addy has dual diagnoses of microcephaly and cerebral palsy. While these conditions present challenges in her everyday life, they have done very little to interfere with her qualifications for her position at Kerley Reconstruction. Her ability to improve a room, bring people together, and raise team morale requires no formal training, certification, or peer review.
