Danny Roberts

Mr. Roberts joined Kerley Reconstruction LLC in 2025 and serves as a Senior Accident Reconstructionist and Motorcycle Collision Reconstruction Specialist. He is a former professional motorcycle racer with national and international competition experience and a 22-year career in tire development and testing with Dunlop Tire Corporation. Mr. Roberts specializes in motorcycle and ATV/UTV collision analysis, tire performance, vehicle handling, and loss-of-control events. His reconstruction work also includes passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and heavy vehicles.

Mr. Roberts began working as a full-time development test rider for Dunlop in 1995 and later served as Senior Manager of Testing. He led development testing for on-road, off-road, racing, and ATV/UTV tires. His work included original-equipment tire fitments, joint testing with vehicle manufacturers, and training development engineers in evaluation techniques, safety, and technical reporting. He began accident reconstruction consulting in 2018, applying his racing and testing experience to collision investigations, product liability testing, and vehicle handling analysis.
