Mr. Henley joined Kerley Reconstruction LLC in 2025 and serves as an Accident Reconstructionist and Drug Recognition Expert (DRE). He is a former Arkansas State Trooper with 13 years of accident investigation and reconstruction experience. Mr. Henley conducts ground vehicle accident reconstruction for legal and investigative matters, including serious-injury and fatal collisions. He also applies his law enforcement experience and DRE training to the evaluation of DUI and drug-impaired driving issues.
