Mr. Holaway joined Kerley Reconstruction LLC in 2026 and serves as a Principal Accident Reconstructionist. He has more than 21 years of law enforcement experience and has investigated or assisted with more than 1,000 motor vehicle collisions. Mr. Holaway handles ground vehicle accident reconstruction, drawing on specialized training in vehicle dynamics, electronic vehicle data, commercial motor vehicles, and forensic mapping. He is retired from full-time law enforcement and continues to serve as a part-time officer and crash reconstructionist with the Burns Harbor Police Department.
